What's this cover for (Behind rear seat)

I took the rear seat-back out of my 69 Charger and discovered this plate.  Whats this for??  ???
Whether or not I'm good at English is inimportant!

tan top

   holds  the threaded studs in place ,for the  l/h exhaust  hanger bracket , under side.

to explain it further all 68-70 chargers had the right hanger duel exhast car have the plte you see to mount the left hanger it meens you have factory duel exhaust or someone did a great job of faking it
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Thanks all. I ripped the exhaust system out yesterday (was duals)..tomorrow it goes to get media blasted!

If I remember right ever car gets one that is welded in Standard for single exhaust & then the second one bolts in for optional dual exhaust. Sometimes you'll have a similar plate in trunk especialy on E-Body's. LEON.
