I like how they stole the avatar for the Charger, then don't even use it on Bullit.

Was there a Mopar movie made in the mid 70's to early 80's?

Not that I can think of.

To me the best car movie is American Graffiti, its just too bad that it didn't feature a Mopar.

If you count a 1979 made for TV movie as one, here you go.

I saw it late one night flipping channels. The scene I came in on, was when the lead character rolls into town in a '65 Hemi Belvedere for a local race. He wrecked it street racing later on, but a local gas station owner hooks him up with an old Willy's to put his Hemi in. Definitely a "B" kind of flick, but I liked it.   :icon_smile_cool:

#1 Should have been original Gone in 60 Seconds. I noticed 3 movies missing somehow? #1 CORKY, #2 Phantasm (how could you leave that one out with a 71 Hemi Cuda the star?) & #3 Outrage. Dont think the Grand Theft Auto or Smash Palace was in there either? The one with Joe Don Baker & Tyne Daly missing also, Bad Georgia Road missing.Hmmm. Maybe needed a top 50? LEON.
