My friend owns a performance shop here in Ballston Spa NY. They are currently working on a 71 Hemi Charger. I thought you third gen owners would like to see some progress pictures of it. I'll get some more together. Look for these car in a magizine soon ;)

all the parts are there and it's an original numbers matching car.

Did you get this car from a guy who used to keep it in The Bronx? A friend of mine plays in a band and the guy who runs their sound board used to own a 71 Hemi Charger and he just sold it recently. Was wondering if this was the same car. If I recall, the 71 rt doors had been replaced with 72 rallye ones back in the 70's.

Oh, probably about 6 months.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

The Hemi is just about compleated, I'll get some pics when it's in. I have a whole bunch of pictures of the car as it was getting restored. I'll be updating the garage's website and will post up the URL so you guys can check it out. The Garage always has a few MOPARS in it ;)

Looks more like F3 Medium Green Polly according to my color chart. There were only 2 Metalic Greens in 71, the other is F7 which is darker (and the original color of my 71 BTW).

QuoteOppps. sorry guys, it was Y-9

According to my color chart, Y-9 is Dark Gold Poly...so is it gold or green?  Looks like F3 to me....

Sweet looking car!!! Thanks for sharing.  And Y-9 is gold aka Tawny Gold Metallic.  It appears to change color in different light.
