Headrest Trim question

Hi everyone,

I've got a '68 with the stock headrests.  They have chrome trim around them that's in pretty good shape.  They are starting to peel off the headrest (what a surprise after all these years!!)  What's the best adhesive to use as I don't want to damage the headrest vinyl or the trim.

I don't know what glue you would use but at $20.00 a set you might be money ahead to just buy and install new ones.  Here's a link:

Great minds think alike!!  Already purchased them!  I still need some sort of adhesive though, don't I ?  The tape they come with probably won't do the trick.

It's pretty sticky stuff you probably won't need anything else.

I put a set on my headrests.  One stuck real well, but the other one pulled loose at the seam underneath.  I used black weatherstrip adhesive to reattach it, and that held it fine.
