When Im zoning out on ebay and dreaming I like to check out the power wagons, this one seems to be a pretty remarkable survivor.... If I had the money I'd probably bid on this one ........  Anyone else love these trucks? Andy

YES, I LOVE THEM...............when i started work for the pass working on ski lifts here at Snoqualmie summit we had one we drove up the hill to work on towers during the late summer early fall, it had solid rubber tires and I think a 18,000 pound PTO wench with about 4 or 5 gear shifters in it, and it could almost climb anything on the hill and what it could not was only because it couldn't get traction.  when i was in high school there was a guy up here in wilderness rim were I live that had 3 medic's is what he called them the wagon type that were army green with big white painted boxes with a red cross in the middle, he had duellys on front and back of one of them for awhile he went mud boggin with but said it was to hard to steer so he took them off, was trying to sell me all three for $5,000 bucks back in high school............even through they look cool they also looked like allot of work and I had no place to put them :'(

An old Power Wagon is my next purchase in the toy department.  They are getting rare and expensive to find. I have even kicked around the idea of selling off a Charger to buy one but I doint think I could do it.

Theres plenty of Power Wagons in the OTHER section on Charger Fever. I attend the Iowa Rally every summer and have a good time!

Looks in nice shape. As a kid, my Dad had a WW-2 surplus carry-all version ('42, I think) that he rebuilt after dragging it out of a swamp. Nothing would stop it- it would go anyplace; albeit very slowly. Wish I had some pics of it now.

I had a 1978 six foot bed single wheel one ton crew cab. It was a linesmans truck for the utility company. Bright yellow in color, it stood out in the crowd. It was really ugly but we loved it. They took great care of it mechanically, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another truck from them.

Gotta love the old Power Wagons! I have a 93' RamCharger now. A far cry from the old machines, but its still plenty tough. Hard to kill a Dodge truck!
