Changing a column shift to a floor shift...

Just curious on a 69 charger how difficult it is to change from a column shift to a floor shift.  How many hours would this take an average mechanic?

I converted my 69 recently,here a list in no particular order:
1. steering column.
2. center console.
3. floor shifter.
4. linkage to trans.
5. Brackets to mount the console 3 pieces.
6. Wiring harness which is a three piece harness that runs from the fuse block down to the console for the courtesy lights and shift indicator light.
The hardest part is trying to hunt down the parts, if you find a doner car your laughing....
