Overhaulin 67 Ford F100

Just watched a show on the overhaulin of Nick Leches' brothers 67 Ford F100.  The colors I didn't mind, but what the hell is up with raising a 2wd and putting mud tires on it??Honestly, its ugly.  Sure, maybe he didn't want a lowrider truck, but leave it at ride height and put a nice set of 2wd wheels on it.  GGRRRRRR...

Its set up as a pre-runner. Its popular in desert area style racing. I like the truck myself. Of course I've owned 6 Ford trucks like that also.

I know, I just can't get used to the prerunner concept.  Maybe because here in Canada, you need 4x4...

PreRunner.....heck Toyota's sold there two wheel drive jacked truck under that name for years up in Canada. I think it's cool.

Same here in Alaska. A 2 wd truck is almost stupid. You can drive it year 'round, with 600 lbs of sand in the bed of the truck for traction in the winter. No thanks. Every 2 wd truck I had like that won Foose did, I sold. I've seen prerunner trucks like so everywhere in Arizona, Nevada,looked cool, but also strange.
