Okay, just a minute.  As a proud resident of El Cerrito, a town of about 20,000 people, I have to say that this article and the one about the naked guy with a concealed weapon do not necessarily reflect the caliber of people who live here.  I mean, ya read this one and the weapon one and you would think that this place is full of, how do you say, "different" people.  I can attest that this place is just the same as any other where I have lived.  Kim
