if i was going to spend the money for that look,i would just wait for the new one to come out. it looks alright but not what i would do to a classic, i want my old muscle car to look like a old muscle car.

Daytona R/T SE

Looks horrible. :puke: If somebody did that to my car I'd kick them square in the nuts. Then I'd insure the car and leave it parked in East St. Louis with the keys in it.

MorePwr

I hate the tuner wheels and the two tone paint ruins the lines of the car. it makes the front fender profile look like a 66 tbird

firefighter3931

I voted no....the 2 tone paint i could live with minus the white roof and 392 callout. The wheels are just too big for the car ; makes it look like one of those "Dub" mini models you see at the toy store.  :P The 392 is not my cup of tea....give me a well built 440 anyday instead of that. Hopefully the new owner likes it.....

The new owner does like it. Thats good enuff for me. I voted "didnt care about poll" ;D

Manfred318

The wheels just look goofy on the car. I just dont care for the paint scheme at all either. If the owner likes it thats all that matters, I guess.

1990 Dodge Ram. 360FI My daily ride.

I just don't get it, why does Foose always paint the cars two tone.. It was the same with that guys Cuda he built.. Foose wanted it two toned, but the owner told him no way, it has to be metall gray.. I was so happy when the owner didn't back down about the paint.. That Cuda looked so wicked, well the Camaro style rear spoiler they put on it looked dumb...

I would take it if it was given to me, but I don't like the big rims or the paint job. The paint just sucks and like already said, it ruins the body lines of the car...

I like a lot of it , the interior is cool , it looks like he has some big brakes on the front so I doubt a 15 " wheel will clear anymore , I don`t hate the wheels but the roof stripe kills the look IMO

tecmopar

I'm not impressed by Foose very much at all except for the few "Full Customs" he's done. JMO.

Car looks pretty cool!

A lot better than it did before they got a hold of it and it looks way better than the Challenger I have.

Rubberduck

I think it looks not that bad. I wouldn´t do this to my car. But I like so see the cars in different styles.

Jon Smith

never really liked his style at all, and its going to look horribly dated in a few years

DC_1

I think the car looks ok....not my taste but thats me.....I do like a mixture of old and new if done right....example....the Unique Shelby Mustangs or even NorwayChargers current build and a few others on here.

This is a little too much. Solid orange or solid black would have been better. The style of the wheels aren't too bad just need to be a size or 2 smaller with a little more sidewall. I like big wheels if they are not" Rap Star" lookin

Nacho-RT74

I still haven't seen the show, but by the pic I would say no.

First one they rebuilt ( green ) was A LOT BETTER.

Ouch.  :icon_smile_blackeye: I don't get it, but it's a fine looking machine to me.

Moparts peeps liked it.

That car looks pretty freakin sweet. I think Foose is awesome in the way he incorporates all the new technology into a classic body. I will admit the stripe on the roof is a little wierd but otherwise its really nice. As for the wheels, I like them a lot because they have a classic design but just more modern looking, and anything looks better than the way too skinny stock wheels and tires....

The Moparts peeps liked it because it belongs to the father of one of the more prolific posters.  I happen to hate it quite a bit, but I wouldn't say that on Moparts, seeing as I actually like the guy and it wouldn't be terribly tactful.

Hmmm...I hope he doesn't check this board...

By the way, Jon Smith is right.  It'll look ridiculous (even moreso than now) in a couple of years.  Maybe in 30 - 40 years, it'll be nostalgia, but it's certainly not worth the effort now.

dads_69

I like it. I'd drive the piss out of it, doin' lawn jobs all over town, fillin' the rear wheel wells with grass from the neighbors...I'd two tone my clone if the body lines were a bit more intack, the door makes it a pain to do something like so for a charger.

It's alright..As I have said of polls like this before........................There will NEVER be a car built that Everone likes! :yesnod:

I like it, its different, only one like it.  I like seeing an original idea, and even with the wheels and the two tone paint..its still mopar.

What is it about that show that creates so much drama in the automotive world? Like many of you guys say "it's your car, do with it what you will." I have talked to the owner's son and he (the owner) loves the car. That, right there, is all that matters. Now, IMO Foose should have stuck with doing what he does best, hot-rods. But, I like the Chally except for the white stripe and the wheels (the stance doesn't look right).

However, I bought my '68 so that I could build it the way I want it to be. All of my friends and family have been forewarned about trying to get them to overhaul my Charger. I'm just too dang picky about little stuff (like the fact that I'm dead-set on having the car dipped) to have them do my car...

I like the other color scheme he put out with the green and black. This one looks like he could'nt decide what color and stripe treatment to give the poor Challenger.  :rotz:

SFbullitt

Looks like the car belongs to the SF GIANTS!  Imagine a huge Giants sticker on the window parked on the field during the season opener.  Does anyone remember this car?  I do like this one though...

Charger_Croatia

I don't like it. Green/black is much better.
