i had a header gasket that was leeking horribly so i replaced it and used copper cilicone this time, how long should i wait to start the car? i assume if i start it right away it will just blow the cilicone out where it leeks...

I just snug down the bolts and let the silicone cure overnight. In the morning, the bolts are tightened to spec.

it is so much nicer driving a car without a blown header gasket, it was leeking at every cylinder BAD. and it seems to be running better now too.
