How do i remove the back seat on my 74 charger se. The part that you sit on wasn't latched on so that is out, but i want to take out the part that you rest your back on. Is there any special trick to this? Thanks

Red circle is a somekind of bended tab that must be straigthtened to unhook the lower section of back. release and then just pull up.

Yellow circle is where suposselly must be hooked the lower section

pull it straight up, and wiggle the bottom out, you'll get it.  no tools required.

In my Road Runner the seat was seemingly impossible to get out cause the hooks were bended out,.. took me some major back breaking effort going thru the trunk with two long screw drivers to get them bent straight again...

I tried pulling and pushing that didnt help. So I bent the brackets and they it came out great.
