Just opened my email account and got a RE: from seller A1Canvas about 73 window felts fuzzies:

the weirds stuff here is:

I NEVER ASKED ANYTHING ABOUT WINDOW FUZZIES TO ANYBODY... I already got the set about a year and a half ago from YR1 ( very bad repros BTW ). In fact I haven entered to ebay since long time ago with maybe once about 2 days ago.

what the hell is this ?

You're not the only one to get wierd mail from E-bay.  I know of people including myself, that have received notices about items that we're not even selling, buying, etc.  I say it's just random errors in the system, or could it be spam?

It's quite possibly phishing.

Don't give 'em any personal/account info.

Had more than a few emails like that.

Also had some where there is a 'buyer' asking my why I haven't sent the item they purchased, and other random B.S.

A lot of them request that you log on and offer an eBay 'link' to ease that chore and that link then takes you to a mirror site.

Then when you enter your login and password they've got yah.

It is most definitely phishing. They send you email saying that they've paid you for somethign and why haven't you responded. There's a link to a site that is not EBAY. Again, checking the source for the link is easy enough.

I log in with user name F*ckoff and PW a$$hole.

who cares I don't have any valid credit card associated right now, the only that it was associated is from a friend of mine in Miami who helped me a lot on get some stuff but THE CARD SHE ASOCIATED expired about two years ago.
