bad movie but charger scenes are great shows him getting the speedo up to 120mph and great shots of grille when the headlights open-MATT

No, it's from about midway into his career (so far, anyway).  It's a mid eighties movie, 86 or 87 I think.  It's a pretty lame movie (typical obtuse David Lynch crap) and the charger only gets a few seconds of screen time from what I recall.  Punk's screencap is all you need to see of that flick.
