Has anyone used white dye over dark color interior? I have a complete interior in dark green. I would prefer to go white but I'll go black if its not going to work.

I spray dyed my upper door pads on my 69 charger.  Most of them were original black vinyl and my interior is white.  It just took a couple more coats to make it the correct color.  Be sure when you are using spray dye to not put it on too thick otherwise it will crack easier.  Be sure to use adhesion promotor also.

Thanks. I've heard you should apply light coats.

Yes, very light coats till you get the desired color wanted.
