Hey guys, I wanted to thank you for all those wrecked chargers pics!!Man some of those really made my stomach ache! I wanted to throw out a casual invite to all of you and specifically any mopar owner to check out or join my website that is midwest based! Even though it has alot of Dukes of Hazzard and General Lee inforamtion in it, there are sections for all Mopar owners too and would love to have anyone especially who loves getting together with their mopars! I have always loved this site and will always be a member since I am a charger lover first and General Lee lover 2nd!  :yesnod: Anyways I wanted to throw the carrot out there so have a great rest of the weekend! Thanks

Sweet man...what ride do you have? We need to get a huge ass group of mopars together in 2007. Some major cruise in! I get to Nebraska quite a bit actually near Omaha.

There has to be more of us in the midwest...just has to be  :yesnod: :icon_smile_wink:

We are located in Columbia MO almost right in center of state. Our 66 Charger should be out of paint next week. My T/A is down for motor replacement/rebuild but the Duster and Little Red are ready to go. We would love to have a meet somewhere in Midwest. There is a local Mopar show/meet in Columbia every year on father's day. Nice show but alot of snob owners those who care more about date coded hoses than driving their car. We go just to see the cars and shoot the bull.

I have a 68 RT charger in progress and a "done" 69 SE with a 440 6 pack 4 speed Dana.  Fun street car.  I am looking for a 73 SE big block car if you know of anything.  Thanks.

Let's keep this thread going and see if more guys show up in our neck of the woods.

Cool guys, as much as I enjoy seeing numbers matching cars and all original mopars, I agree it is cool to hang out and do large cruises and see cars in all stages, not just the ones that are all done and look great. Hmmm guess what I know where there is a 73 Charger SE 383 car with factory sunroof and everything, pretty descent old car...I want to say he want 4,000 if he still has it, you want me to check?? It was there a month ago..if so pm me here or on my site..if you guys have ideas for a get together large cruise whatever post some ideas over on my site where us guys from the midwest conglomerate :P

I live in Jefferson City, Missouri and will be hosting the Dodge Charger Meet here in May. That is much more layed back and relaxing than columbia's but they have a nice meet just a lot more intense.

Well, right now I am kinda preoccupied with my Ph.D. research project (hoping to graduate next year in the fall), but on the rare occations that I do have some spare time, I am working on the 1968 that I bought this summer.  It is a 318-2bbl., three on the tree manual, in Yellow, Black vinyl top and Gold interior.  Both the interior and the transmission are MIA, but I just happen to have most of a gold interior sitting in storage out of the state.  It is fairly rust free, with the exception of the trunk and a few minor holes on the roof/floor (starting to fix that right now).  I still have not been able to find the production numbers on the engine/transmission combo for this car, but I know that there are at least a few more that were made.  Almost all of my other cars are stored out of state, so I currently only get to see them once a year at best (that will change when I graduate).  I am hoping that I might be able to bring the yellow 1968 to the TDC meet next year, but that all depends on whether or not I get enough time to work on it.  I am also going to be busy this winter break as I have to move my newest ebay project home........

Shoot that is only 345 miles an easy trip for a weekend. We do have a lot of fun at our Charger meets.
