'68 Dash paint, glossy, semi-gloss, flat or a mixture ?

'68 Dash paint, glossy, semi-gloss, flat or a mixture ?
I'm referring to the top of the dash.
Any help would be appreciated

I think it's more of a suede, almost flat but not quite .
The paint codes are in the factory service manual

It's called suede finish and seems to me to be somewhere between flat and semi gloss  -  it has a very slight texture to it that's supposed to reduce glare.  If you do a search for suede finish you should find a few old threads around here that discuss it.
