need help.... installing my front windows 69

i removed them prior to the body shop, now im trying to put them back in, is there a trick, does the entire window frame vent window and all go in all together? when does the rugualtor go in last first? the manual does really show me that well...

also on the front bumper, whats the order in which that goes in brackets in car or on bumper.... thanks Pete

Hi Pete:

The Project Charger book provides good instructions for installing the windows and the great advice I received from this website.   

1.  Install the window regulator, but do not tighten the bolts down.
2.  Install the support bracket that bolts on the front part of the door and supports the fork front part of the vent frame.  Bolt it on loosely.
3.  Lay the vent glass assembly on a flat surface. 
4.  Install the door glass guides on the front of the door window.
5.  Install the door glass window regulator run channel onto the bottom of the door window.
6.  Slide the installed door glass guides into the vent glass channel.
7.  Install both glasses into the door as one unit.
8.  Fully unbolt the window regulator.  Slide the window regulator backward to allow the regulator roller to slip into the door glass regulator run channel.
9.  Install/Tighten the bolts for the regulator.
10. Install and slightly tighten all attachment bolts to the vent glass assembly.
11. Roll the door glass 3/4 up and install the rear run channel.  Slip the rear run channel up past the plastic vibration damper at the bottom of the window weatherstrip guide channel.
12.  Install the glass stop onto the bottom corner of the door glass.
13.  Make adjustments and tighten all bolts/nuts.
