Well it was 34 degrees outside, i wore a hoodie and a jacket... and i hit the road. With the first snowfall that my town has seen this fall, what was my automobile of choice? The jeep Cherokee? dodge ram? Chrysler town and country? no nope and eww no. I decided it would be appropriate to drive the charger. With no heater and a very, very cold motor i hit the road. After about an hour the motor was warmed up, which let the tires get warmed up shorty there after :icon_smile_cool:. Before you get all up in arms, it was just snow flurries, no salt is on the roads and hey, i was craving the charger, so give a man a break, I'm only human. So anyone else taking there last charger drives before the winter hits?

the whole 68/69 thing doesn't bother me due to the fact that i only really wanted a driver car, which this does very well. I'm planning a full restoration in its future but thats when i get out of collage, for a 17 year i don't think its half bad. I actually have a 440 stuck in my garage right now waiting to be rebuilt and put in, but until then... i want to live. As we all know 17 year old guy + built 440 = death    j/k

I did wonder who built the 68/69 theme into that thing but It is cool. What is the official year of that thing anyway?
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.

I hope that weather situation will keep my 69 in the garage....
so many things to deal with before she's safe and sound for the road.

Car looks great so who could blame you for wanting to drive it.  I have done the same thing in the past but it won't be much longer and I'll be putting mine into hibernation for a few months as well.

To keep in spirit with the thread title...

;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
