69' Charger Trim Question:

Hello all,

I apologize if this has been brought up before, but since I'm new to the site (and restoring in general), I don't know the exact terminology just yet...

But, the trim that goes around the quarter panels/ for  the wheels/tires what is the name given for that? And, where might I find some for my Charger and how much does something like that cost?
