Never thought of the screen name. As often as I write something here it probly would not make a difference. Yes, luckily it's a complete engine. It's a 71 steel crank with the ac unit and alternator still attached as well as all the pulleys.

If your 400 is externally balanced you will have to get a torque converter for an internally balanced engine unless there is a flexplate adaptor you can buy.

If the 440 has a cast crank it will use the same converter weight as the 400.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

He mentioned it is a steel crank in the last post.

MOPARHOUND!

If using an aftermarket air cleaner, check your hood clearance with the 440 installed.

The 440 is "taller" in the engine bay than the 400.

*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

If the 440 has a cast crank it will use the same converter weight as the 400.

Though they use the same weights, the weights are welded onto the converter in different areas and the distance between the two weights are from each other is different that of a 440 cast crank converter.  This will cause an unwanted vibration.

Just an FYI.
