WHich 4 speed tranny would be in my numbers 69 383hp super bee i just bought?the fender tag says D21,is that the standard 23 spline or the hemi 18 spline?

D21 only tells you it came with a 4 speed. It does not tell you which version you recieved. 383s got the 23 spline. Hemi's and 440's got the 18 spline.

(BTW...if it is a St. Louis built car, I'd be interested in learning more if possible)
