Anyone ever ship anything from china to US?  I bought a portable dvd player on ebay and the guy wants 20.00(gbp) which is almost 38.00 US. to ship it. Is this about right? Seems high to me.

Nope that's about right for shipping crap from Asia. I bought a few electronics from over there since they are cheap but the shipping usually sucks. This is why I ALWAYS ask how much shipping is before I bid on an item.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

That's where more DVD players originally come from lol!  :icon_smile_big: But yeah it's one thing to make sure of that you're getting the proper format!

More like that's probably the ONLY place they come from. :icon_smile_tongue: But I'm-a-thinkin' that somebody selling one from there on eGouge miiiight just be trying to peddle one that won't even work here. That would suck.

You can buy alot of stuff especially from Hong Kong which can be pretty cheap and still nice equipment. I bought my MP4 player from there and it looks exactly like an iPOD nano except mine can play movies as well which the iPOD cannot.

The auction said it would work in any region. I won at 4.74 US, so it's still a pretty good deal. :)

iPOD NANOS do not support video, only the "larger" versions do.
