E-bay's BIN $6,400 68 charger and all the others ????????WTF

   I'm not an idiot But can one of you guys help me understand HOW, WHO, or WHY anybody would do this?   I see alot of these and am just asking is it possible for some of these to be legit.   If I were going to scam someone I would at least try to make it seem more real.!!! Like a $45,000 car with a buy it now price of $34,999  NOT BIN for only $7,000   I think they get you to E-Mail them to get your info??? I don't know, that's why I'm asking you guy's    Personaly, I would never try to contact one of those guy's but I fear some people do...   Chuck.....................
