mopar performance alum heads?????

what kind of prices have you been seeing on the mopar alum heads?rpm heads $1360.00. the mopar heads   $1670.00. what makes the mopar heads $300.00 more?

and the mopar head has straight plugs, and that in itself is worth the price to some.  i acually bought mey e heads from summit for 1260.00 last fall.   summit matched flatlanderracing.coms price.  they are now 1325.00

Yup, the MOPAR head has the straight plugs for the stock exhaust manifolds. The Eddies have the angle plugs. I think that's about it.  Eddy even makes the blanks for the INDY EZ heads I believe.

I've been trying to get my hands on a set of the new MP heads since I run HP manifolds on my low deck 512.  But so far I haven't had any luck getting connected to the right people.  It seems like a great idea and the straight plugs should help reduce the plug boot burning issue on cylinder #6.
