i am considering ourchasing a 1971 charger 500, however the owner of the car says that "the the car was hit in the front and left rear fender and needs that repaired but he has the new radiator support and the side window. the rear quarter was pulled out and the front was pulled back as all the damage was in front of the k member but it needs completion. the damage to the front was a side hit dead on the bumper and it spun me around. it did bend the rail but it was in front of the k member and did not extend past that. i have a radiator support and it is with rails from the kmemeber front bolt forward so just about anyone can make the repair without a frame machine. "

I am wondering how difficult this would be to do, as far as repairing the portion of the frame in front of the k member. he says it shouldn't be too difficult, but who knows. Can anyone give me any feedback on how long of a project I would be looking at to repair the frame in front of the k-frame? This car has the original 383, but with a 4-speed instead of the 3 speed. Thanks.
