A phone the other day started in english then said something in spanish, but you didn't have to press one for english, did it automatically, I was like, ya, right on, that makes more sense, inconvenience the foreign language people, not the english speaking people, at least they (spanish speakers) can press a button for spanish if they want, that is good enough,
