Is this ad a scam or not?

The ad seems ok to me but when i recieved the sellers response it seemed a little bogus. he responds with 2 different names, says he's in New York for 2 weeks now, doesn't answer any of my questions, and I just recieved word from Wakko , whom just ran the vin number for me, that the car isn't even registered in florida.

i dont think i can help you, but ive just run into a similiar problem. the vin # i checked for a 68 im looking at has never been registered in the US!

That VIN sounds like major problems, maybe it make a great parts car-yeah thats it. Use most of it for parts for a car with a good VIN.

Same advice I gave in the other thread; if it doesn't seem like an honest deal, then walk away.  This isn't the last Charger that will be for sale and it's enough of a risk to buy online in the first place.

Sounds like a scam, He calls it a Coronet 440 in Description for Model but then shows a Picture & VIN for a R/T. 2 totally different cars. The Coronet 440 model starts off with the WH Vin while the R/T Starts with WS. Also, a clean 440 R/T 4 Speed worth twice that in that condition so to good to be true, Also background in one Pic did not look like Florida. Something Susoicious here? Hmmm >:(LEON.
