Does anyone know how to decode a Fendertag? Or somewere to decode it?

M31 N95 R11 26 End, V1X C21 C55 633 H51 M21, Fk5 C6K4 FK5 926 033847, E44 D31 XP29 G0G 132724.

Burnt 70R/T thanks for the info, and i will reg it at the site.
