Dodge didn't offer Petty Blue until June 72 I believe. Here's a couple pics of my 72 Petty Blue Charger.

mine was originaly petty blue,and primer and surface rust! i wanted a more modern color to go with the street rod look,not a restoration.i love the petty blue,just has to be on the right car and combo- :Twocents:andy

Thanks. I really have to stop parking next to that guy with the green 71. He has around 58k into his car, I have 8k in mine. It makes my car look worse than it actually is, altough my wife and I both agree that this year my Charger was the runt of the class.

and this is as about as close to a 71 as I can get....it says its a 71 R/T....but as you can plainly see... its a 72 with 71 doors......
