I posted a few months ago http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,16633.0.html & also wrote the charger registry to see if anyone would claim this tag http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f336/b54406barrel/000_0013.jpg for this http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f336/b54406barrel/2aa39d23.jpg car. If I can mail to somone who 'holds' these, please send me an address & I'll throw it in an envelope. Otherwise, it's getting tossed. Thanks.

Don't toss it. The Charger registry should take it, the car might surface one day.

I agree, do not toss it. You have a few choices on who to send it to;

Wayne Wooten at the Charger Registry - http://www.dodgechargerregistry.com/

Nick at the 1971-1974 B-Body Registry - http://members.cox.net/my71gtx/b_body_registry.htm

If for any reason you do not care for either of those choices, you can send it to me and I will add it to the "found" section at www.hamtramck-historical.com

Thanks for the responses. Do you happen to have a physical or PO address for those places? I did not receive a response when I emailed them. I'd be happy to send it to you Barry, if you'll give me your address. Thanks.

Brock,

That is cool, I have not seen that photo before. What does the writing at the top say? Do you have a better photo of it by chance?

Great, thank you. I'll drop it in the mail. I do have old pics before I started & know the car's life story so, maybe they'll want to know. Did kind of wonder if it's running around with a fake tag after all the changes I made. Hope not.

Thanks, again.

Hi Rex,

That has happened before. If a car owner has a fake tag I ask them to send it in with the proof of ownership I require to claim an original item. In the case of a fender tag I cut the fake one in two and send them 1/2 of it back with the real one so that they know it was destroyed.    ;D

When the car shows up again I will contact you, most owners love to thank the person that sent the item in and learn what history they can too.   :yesnod:

T/Ake care,
Barry
