Here's the latest member of my Mopar family, what to you guys think? I know she isn't a Charger, but I think she's just as nice! She is in pretty much unmolested shape and very solid. Now I just have to figure out how to get her home from Nebraska! I think I got a good deal, let's just say the price was less then 3K.
Can anyone say PRO-STREET!!!!!!! Can't wait to cage and tub it!

Anyone got recommendations for hauling a car from Nebraska to New Jersey? Sure could use some help with that one!

Congrats Doug, When I bought my Charger I used Blue Highways. They brought it from Colorodo to N.J. 1-800-622-6601. It was $1650 that was back in 01-02

pro street? That would be molesting it! :)

Then call me Chester the molester! I love these 65s set up Pro-Street! I'm tired of show poodles, it's time for a 10 sec. car! I'm thinkin' of a Hemi set up with Hilborn injection. I can just see eight 12 inch high stacks poking thru that hood! Or maybe an 8-71 with injection! Yea baby, that's what I'm talking about! :icon_smile_big:

Thanks Troy! I had one of these back in HS and had to sell it (17 year olds, Dads and hotrods don't mix well). Of course I'll have to finish the 71 first....but then it's BOOOOWWWWWAAAAAHHH time! My fertile mind is already at work............. :icon_smile_big: :icon_smile_wink:

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Nice ride Doug! Looks to be a fun project to say the least.

How much did the guy want for the Chally 'Vert? 100K?  ;)

Ghoste

Great buy Doug.  I'm with you on the show poodle thing too.  I know these cars are becoming just a section in alot of guys portfolios but if you can't drive them, then you are missing out on the coolest part about owning these things.

The 'vert isn't for sale, but he does have a 70 Chally R/T 440 4bbl auto car, Go mango......for 7500.00. All the body work is done, needs paint and assy. Numbers matching to boot. Things that make you go HMMMMMMMMM! Just wish I had somewhere to put it. He also sold a rust free, matching numbers 68 GTX 4 spd Dana car for 2800.00. Someone got a deal on that one!
