I saw a General Lee CloWn once in Holland, which was bought at HLPAG..I think even Corey Eubanks wouldn't jump it.....
MoPars overseas...<br />MoPars in the Netherlands

My question is why does Warner Bros. alow them to advertise, build and sell General Lee clones, isn't that a copy right infringment?? I thought WB still owned the copy rights to the General Lee, isn't that why a few years back when John Schnieder aka Bo built 4 replicas for sale he changed the name on top of the car to "Bo's General Lee"? It's one thing for an average Joe to build and sell his own General Lee, but the HLPAG guys are using the General as a business. I'd like to see WB and all the people HLPAG has screwed sue the livin' $hit out of them!!

Thanks guys, I hope that what we are planning will pan out but we need numbers on our side and once we get the ball rolling I will be able to let on more but being a good paratrooper you never let your enemy know what you are doing so for now if any of you guys can think of anyone who got screwed by them and want some payback please let me know or give them my e-mail address AirborneSilva@hotmail.com.

Moparman01, they built a few cars for WB, as well as one for Chrysler, so I think that WB probably knows they build and sale them, I just have to wonder if they know all that they do!

what i think is funny,is,that ebay stresses that before buying, look at a sellers feedback, and yet, they allow ludtke, and his merry bunch of morons to keep their feedback private. so,how is ebay helping protect potential buyers from getting screwed? i mean, ebay's own people have to see the feedback, taht is being posted about them,or,are they repeatedly changing their username,to keep an account,i believe it is Vcode4406  now...........
how'd i do that!?!?!?

dodge freak

E-bay is right up there with insurance company's -all they really care about is making money. Yeah isn't everybody, but E-Bay seems not to care too much about kicking off high volume sellers cause they make lots of money off them. E-Bay excuse is that there is too many sellers for them to watch over. Sounds like they need more help but that would cost them more money.

E-Bay is just a place for me to buy someting that I can't get anywhere else. If Summit or Jegs has it I buy it from them even if its a little more $, at least if I change my mind I can return it-not try to sell it like E-Bay wants you to do.

A good idea to this idea is to register a web site or several web sites called

www.ludtkeautogroupsucks.com

or

www.HLPAGsucks.com

Put all the stories of people who been screwed on it and put a bunch of meta-tags in it so when anyone searches for General Lee or 69 Charger or anything related, your site comes up first.

Would not cost too much to register the name and it would be great anti-advertising for them

Just a thought my  :Twocents:

I was thinking about that, but would that be grounds for a lawsuit?

Dunno I see these sites all the time on the internet. Can't imaging why they would be grounds for a lawsuit, I mean if you don't use their logo on your web site they cannot get you for copyright infringment. If you are not down right slandering them or accusing them of a crime. But posting strories about how people have been ripped off by them I think is legal. you are just expressing your opinion about this company like Angies list for home repairs.  But you can register any site (well almost any site) you like, and one like HLPAG sucks .com is just expressing your first amendment rights of free speech.
