My first was a 1969 Pontiac Lemans 2 dor hardtop. Sweet little car, Dark green with a dark green bucket seat interior with console.  Good runner 350 auto and a set of Olds Cutlass rally wheels.

It got shortened by a couple of feet by an idiot drunk in a white Ford truck (Only my FIRST run in with Ford trucks. a couple years later I was rear ended while waiting to turn, I was i a 76 Dodge Aspen and the idiot was in a full sized f-150 it HURT!)

It bent my car but it KILLED the truck!  Bent EVERYTHING in front of the firewall and broke the engine AND tranny in the truck!

The insurance company paid me and my second car was a 57 Chevy 210 2 door with a 283 and a 4 speed. I hunted High, low, and sideways for a cool Mopar when
I bought BOTH those cars but had no luck.

I had 2 first cars. The very first one was my '68 charger(318 auto) . I also bought a '73 gold Duster (225-6 auto a/c) to drive while I was restoring my Charger. I sold the Duster to buy an '84 Ram 150 Royal SE. So I kinda had 3 first cars.

Current MoPars:
1968 Charger. 318 Out of commission:(
1975 Dart Swinger. 225 Pops daily ride.
1990 Dodge Ram. 360FI My daily ride.
2007 Magnum R/T. 5.7 Family wagon.

I was 14 in 1979 , and all I could do was think about cars and trying to get laid [key word trying ] well anyway I bought a 79 Dodge coronet R/T with the orig 440 and a t-flite for 250.00 , it had a very small wiring fire under hood . You cant get a licence in N.J until you are 17 , but 16 with a permit so I time to put it together . I would sneak this car out when my parents went out shopping or to dinner and go out and kick everyones ass !!!! I.m now 42 and have owned and sold over 75 cars , all makes and two cars stand out , My 70 R/T and my 69 GTS 383 dart that only had 45k on , it was a total sleeper with hubcaps and vinyl top .Im currently finishing up a daytona hemi clone . Hazzard John I like the Roadmaster at least yours, i dunno about glasspacks they sound like absoulute crap to me.. but yeah, I like it alot...
looks like an old early '60s Chrysler Imperial from the front..

dodge freak

I run glasspacks but 2 of them on each side 1 where the muffler always go and a 2nd one in the tail pipe by the trunk. Sounds good not too loud for the first year or so and flows very well. For the $ you can not beat it-I pay $18 for each one. Yes there is other mufflers that flow just as good and last longer but I just thought I say what I have. Some people think you use only 1 muffler but 2 works good also if 1 is too loud.

      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

Imbarrased to admit it but I was driving a little 1974 dodge colt station wagon as my first one.

I had it fixed up pretty nice and ran it for about ten years but then the whole brake system started to go and I was tired of the nickle and diming and gave it to a buddy of mine for about 250 bucks

He fixed the brakes and drove it for a year or two and then sold it to a dealer in Everett somewhere.

Kinda like this one shown but it was white and a station wagon

69-DodgeCharger

1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, the last year they made the Cutlasses. Its a good thing too, because their engines suck ass, everyone that I have talked to that has owned an 88-97 Cutlass has head head gasket and tranny problems. I have had to pay for it like twice now but its pretty much brand new car now. It has a 3.1 V6 in it, its a greenish grey color hard to describe...I installed a new CD player in it and threw a CB and a PA speaker in it too to have some fun with my friends on the road lol. The things a piece but Im still attached to it for some reason :shruggy: Im lookin to keep it even after it dies because it is my first car and will probably miss it later in life, call me dumb but im doing it.
