Paint On A Bumoer, Help!

What is the best way to take paint over-spray off a chrome bumper?

no i would not use steel wool as  it can  scratch it  ,  the most course thing i would use is grey or gold scotch brite , and then only lightly rub the over spray , but a bit of thinners on a rag  should be enough .

Brake fluid dot 2,3..

i use  steel wool then dip it in thinner. you don't have to rub hard . it will come off easy. Rene

I've used VIM - a kitchen sink cleaner to clean up the chrome with good results.  But if you have the paint thinner handy, I'd go with that.
I'd stay away from the steel wool
