IS R-4 THE SAME FOR 69 AND 70

Is R4 different from 69 to 70 ? What is the code for 70 and is it brighter than R-4

In 70 "bright red" was recoded to FE5..its also a different PPG # (2138 for FE5.....71582 for R4)

How does your r-6 red differ from 70 f-e5, by the way your car is stunning ! Your red looks a little more on the orange side compared to fe5 .

If you are referring to my car, its neither.  Its a custom DuPont color called Spectramaster Red....dont know where the "red" is though

First pic is R6 red which is a blood red.....all these colors are very hard to reproduce in photos....the lighting changes them.  This pic is the closest representation (I think) to the color

To me R4 for 69 is a lot brighter than FE5 for 70....

That pic of the R4 red car seems dark, almost like the R6.  I totally know what you mean about the reds not coming out the true color on photos.  My R4 charger has come out looking panther pink, hemi orange (as the sun sets) and even a two tone color.  Ive found the best time to get an accurate colored photo is when the sky is overcast.  Otherwise, the sun plays hell with the camera.

Brian look at the pics again....the R4 500 wasnt showing up......looks pretty bright to me
