best way to restore grill on my 69

Like the title says, just lookin for the best way to restore my grill, paint/polish? I have my original and a "donor" that I may have to cannibalize, is there a process to this? paint codes?
any ideas would help.

I posted some stuff on restoring the grille on this site.  I followed another guys instructions.  There are a couple of other threads that also touch on the restoration of the grille.

Some really nice looking grilles as the result.
