this was a 73 rallye,340 car,complete,minus engine,a 2 fender tag,almost fully loaded,100% rust-free west texas car,the guy even included a 72 SE complete flip-open headlight grille/bumper set-up,that i bought off ebag,for $800.00. see,there are still deals out there,just gotta hunt them down. i gutted this thing for all its parts.slapped a junk K-frame under it,and an old 8 1/4,and sold the bare(and i do mean bare) rolling shell to a guy in canada,for $1000.00. i already have 1 3rd gen,didn't want another............
how'd i do that!?!?!?

Nice score Terry. I guess that answers my question about a Dakota pulling a Charger on a trailer. If your Jeep could do it, a Dakota could. I wanted to bid on that car sooooooooooo bad because it is the same thing my first Charger was. But I didn't have the resorces to get it home at the moment. You ever wanna sell it  ;) :D

I think that car on that trailer is lighter than my trailer was with the shadow i junked with it last month...towed with the dak your buying.

Ok good news. The seller sent me the fender tag and build sheet from the car in the mail.I got it today. I forgot to get it when I picked the car up. The seller, 1958300, who is also a member here, honored the ebay auction and took care of me too. He helped load the car and made sure I had most all my parts before I left.

I may call the seller about it. Not really to worried about it though. The car has the dana 44 axle. I looked on the build sheet it lists d53 and d91. I looked it up on the decoder websites and that tells me 3:23 gears and a sure grip axle. It also shows wheel color as tx9(black). I bet this thing had hubcaps when it was new.
