Rhino look after clear

if the paint looked fine before i sprayed the clear  and it comes out looking like rhino liner  did i spray the clear too dry?

what do you mean rhino liner? Did it lift the base or just the clear is orange peely? Its most likely your gun adjustment

Was it a base/clear paint? If it was how long did you wate before shooting the clear. Need more details before anyone can really give you any good advice. If there is alot of orange peel. Then it was not put on heavy enough. If it looks and feels like sand then it was eather too hot for the reducer you where useing or you just plane put in on too dry. How hot was it and what temp was the reducer for? Was it real humid the day you shot it? How many times have you painted anything? Just a few questions we need to know.

yeah it was two - stage , waited  bout 15 min .  , lot of orange peel , was probably around 85f out  .
