Can someone decode these block numbers?

The book I have doesn't breakdown these numbers very well.  Its a 383 with the following numbers:

Large Numbers on both sides of block:

2468130-11
LL

Number pad on passenger side just above oil pan:

PM4369B106796

They are hard to make out, but I am pretty sure these are correct.

PM4369B106796 - The engine is from a 1969 Plymouth 4-door hardtop, and it is likely G9B instead of 69B?

The blocks are the same.  The only differences are the internal and external bolt-on components, so you can do anything with that block that you could with one stamped HP.

Were C bodies built at Hamtramck in 69?

More likely F or R instead of B

I typoed, but my guess at the time was D. Deffinately not from Hamtramck though.

D is the plant code for Belvedere which built only C body Dodges and Plymouths in '69.
