Shakey, i have serious troubles to write in english...Imagine to talk by phone :laugh:
If they have a mail for the public,the should to read&reply the messages.

However  just today i have received a reply from them.I suppouse they read this thread.
I hope they will be glad to send me one of those magic caps to this side of the pond...

Don't sweat it. You're doing a lot better than many people who allegedly write and speak English on a daily basis.

Like Bull stated, it seems you are doing fine.  You should try dealing with the Engineering Department at the company I work for!   ::) 

I was looking at the Layson's web site a couple of weeks ago and I thought that I read a statement that said they don't reply to e-mails in a timely manner.
