I was in WA last week and took the time to stop by Layson's to shoot the breeze with Rick Keesler and at the same time, pick up a set of the battery cables he assembles.

As some of you may know, Rick left the Kansas Mafia (umm, I hope you're not in the witness protection program Rick :nana:) and relocated to WA state and is now employed at Layson's Restoration.  Swell guy who took me on a brief tour of the warehouse that was just loaded chock full of goodies.   :drool5:

I had taken the advice of some other members here and called Rick to have him tell me a bit more about the cables and he had sold me on his product.  I am quite pleased and would suggest if you don't want to pay the prices YO is advertising, contact Rick and ask him to make you a set.   :yesnod:

How come you didn't grab one of those locking gas caps while you were there? :nana: How much are the cables going for?

I am a long ways-a-way from needing a locking gas cap.   :nana:

As far as prices go, I think he has higher pricing for people from Oregon.   :nana:   :pity:   :D

I really didn't leave the Kansas Mafia, just moved out here to start a northwest chapter....... :D

Special price for Oregonians....hmmmmm......let me see.....well, I suppose I could sell you a set for ummmm....say....about $75.00 plus shipping???  Delivery in person would be extra. :lol:

Too late, already bought one. :nana: Even though my gas cap is in a bag, my filler neck on a shelf and my gas tank on the floor.
