The kickoff program for our children's choirs was a nascar themed party, we had the mascot from the Lowe's motor speedway, and one of Joe gibbs car's there, but the thing didnt have a motor... so, enter my Charger as the grand finale of the night.

Ok guys, between my brakes not being perfect, and a "weak" motor, and the rough parking lot...  I had to use a little water   :-[  :-[

Dave,
That is way too cool !!!!!,
That is good education for the little kiddies !!!!,
Maybe that way they will want a real American Built Muscle Car when they grow up !!!!!
I remember when I was a young gun,,,,Any car that looked cool and could smoke the rear tires like yours stuck in my memory banks !!!!

I agree about the lesson for the kids...

just curious what is so weak about a 383

do you mean it just has a lot of miles on it and has seen better days, or that its not a 440
sorry for asking but my 318 has quite a few miles on it and has seen better days but still has a bit of pep to it, just wondering what your definition of weak is.

Nothing is weak in a strong built 383, my other Charger's 383 would've smoked this one.  This one is bone stock (and old) on factory exhaust.  It feels weak to me as I remember my old one.  anyway the combination of "good"tires, limited slip, out of tune motor and rough asphault = 5 gallons of water for a burnout   :icon_smile_big:
