Kellys 1970 Dodge charger. The lizard

Yep, another one for the shelf in the garage. Lizard took 1st place in the 65-74 hot rods at the Georgetown Wa car show Saturday.  :icon_smile_approve:

Really suprised me. Was so happy I did a narley burnout for them on my way out of the show to a chearing crowd. What the heck. Everyone else was doing it.

Awesome show! Awesome trophys. They were home made trouphys made out of old car part. Spark plugs, valves springs files tachs and a nice brass knuckels welded all together.

I like this one better than any other trouphy I've ever gotten in the past. Totally cool.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Here was the really cool part.
I won the 65-74 hot rod class and a very cool guy I know by the name of Bill won the earier model class with his 57 Fury.
Great job Bill. He deserves it. He's been working his butt off on that car over the years. I've been watching.

Mopars were just kickin but this day.  :icon_smile_big:

This guy was awarded for most rust.

I'm telling you guys with all the cool home made awards, Burlesque show they had at the bar, Having it in the evening, 8 bands playing between two bars, Women all around dressed up in 50's outfits. lots of really cool older cars, plenty of hogs and indians. Burnouts at the end of the show.
Very low browe, low key but I have to say....

This.... by far!  was my favorite show of the year.
