Fender Tag Restoration???

I made a xerox copy of my fender tag when I took it off the car just in case I missplaced it, guess what; I did. So now I'm stuck without a fendertag. Would anyone know who makes them if this is the only info I have of it??? I don't have an R/T or Hemi car. It's a 383 2bbl B7, B7 interior, auto console, A/C, no vinyl top. Thanks.

I think there is a company that makes them, i would like to have one for my 73 as well.
