So yesterday I had my family over for father day and being not too distantly split from my wife, it was busy busy for me.  My teen daughters had been, well typical teens lately and I just didn't thin much about it being fathers day from an immediate personal point of view.  But after getting the Charger out this morning and spending a couple of hours cleaning it, my girls both thought I should spend the rest of the day cruising around.
I took their advice and spent the next five hours in the Charger angering environmentalists and I feel great.  Sorry, no pics of the day but my kids are great.

No I'm good, truly.  I guess it didn't come across right.  My point was that it could have been a bad day since was the first but it wasn't, time with family, girls with me, awesome drive.  It was all great!

Sounds like you had a good day  :2thumbs:
My wife had to work today, and the kids and I visited my folks...we drove the Charger today.

I totally get you Ghoste, nice to get to a point when your kids start to understand you and what your about! When my daughter was 15 she clearly stated she would NEVER ride in that pile of junk! Fast forward 2 years with my son off in the family beater she needs some "lady supplies" and must ride in the Charger to get them. In a two mile trip we get honks and thumbs up a few times, a note on the windshield wanting to buy it and a nice looking young man follows us to the car wanting to talk about it and how he has saved 10,000.00 to buy a muscle car. As we pull away she asked if this always happens and I told her pretty much. Now she insists she should inherit the car as her son is my first grandchild and he would get it from her.  :2thumbs:
