I am the proud new owner of a 1969 Barracuda 340-S convertible with a 4-speed transmission and factory air conditioning. There were a grand total of 100 1969 Barracuda Formula S convertibles made, 83 with the 340 and 17 with the 383. I am trying to start a registry of these extremely rare cars to see how many are left. I have found a couple of cars at various places on the web, but I don't have any details on any of them except mine. If you own one of these cars, or know of someone who does, please contact me with information about the car and the owner.

My car was originally F5 green with a black stripe, a black top, and white bucket seats. It has manual steering and four wheel manual brakes. It currently is painted primer red and needs everything, but I hope to have it ready to go in about a year. Please help me track down these elusive fish!

Thanks, Phillip

Engine totally rebuilt, car just now going into body shop for rotisserie restoration. No pictures, but I will post as the work progresses. It's taken this long to get the parts needed and to work my way into the shop schedule. I will start on the Barracuda in a few months when I get a better feel for how deep I am into the charger.
