I actually went to Showcars yesterday in Bolton ON Canada.
I saw their complete 69 front end; 71-4 fender; and 71 buldge hood.  Excellent craftsmanship!
The hood was a bolt-on with an exact replica of the real underhood bracing made from fibreglass aswell.
I am getting that hood and rear valance when I come home from Afghanistan.

The valances are $135.  +  $32. for shipping. Here are some pictures of the valance. The only differents between the 71-72 and 73-74 are the bumperguard cutouts; you can also order them without bumperguard cutouts.

im still curious as to if they will withstand the heat of having exhaust pipe that close. Then again, once the exhaust has made it all the way to the back, it'd be alot cooler than say headers are...

you can make them from a flat valance if you knew how to work metal.  I would talk to moparguy01 about that though, i heard he was doing something like that.

Yes you can, just an matter if you have the tools and skills. The cut-outs go out  then angle back in  so it's a bit  tricky...they aren't just "cut-outs" I'm going to get one of these...I'll let you guys know how it turned out

  If you are interested, DAYCLONA ENTERPRISES has the dies/tooling to modify 71-4 dodge/ plymouth STEEL rear valances into dual exhaust pans, we've done many for customers as well as ourselves, since the intro of the G-Series wingedcars , and   since dual valances     are hard to come by, or afford.!...the charger is the "complex" one because of it's exhaust opening shape, it's a two stage forming opperation, the plymouth is a much more ejoyable pc to modify because of it's simplistic design, and no bondo is used, no welding, just metal forming, as factory!........also some custom forming can be done to accommodate larger/custom/multible tips, but there are limits!

I would want to know too. Mike, it sounds to me like you folks have the proper dies and you stamp them out.

If any of you guys want to send me a piece of a rusted out or wrecked one I would be glad to give it a shot.. Some of you might have seen my metalwork on CCC as I have been known to save a fender or two..
I have a good flat valance but I need a small section from a cutout one (from the bumper slot to about an inch past the cutout) to make an exact duplicate.  If I screw it up no big deal, it's just the valance off the $25.00 Charger. Of course I wont hurt the sample and would be glad to send it back
