Couple of pics from Belvedere including a really neat 71 SE

Here are a few pics from the Belvedere Mopar show a month back.

The 71 SE was really a cool car. I talked to the owner awhile, he is the original owner who special ordered the car. It was his first new car. He was a retired worker from the Belvedere plant. His SE was a U code and I thought it was a darker repaint of GA4 but the paint was original and he special ordered the paint in GA8, probably makes it a 1of1. He had a copy of the widow sticker and his sticker price with a ton of options was still less than me 71 SE with a 383.

GA4 72 Rallye 340 - I have been in love with this car since I saw it at Belvidere 3 years ago. Small block and all.  :yesnod:

Really sharp 2 gen, I think it turquose but came out a little light. Makes me miss my old 69 even more.

Was that car used in a 1971 brochure?? Looks like it without having the brochure on hand right now to compare it to. Just a not often seen combo.

Not it wasn't used in the brochure but the brochure car is where he got the idea for the color. He said that they had painted one car in that color so they can paint another. lol

I WOULD DIG ON THAT 4 DOORS BELVEDERE... extremelly nice.
