*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

1 down, 2 more to go.  The first yard we hit was the "money maker" stop of the trip.We were pressed for time, only had 2.5 hours to rip and strip.  I bought non-mopar items for re-sale that will pay for the trip and then some. We stopped for the night in Murfreesboro TN. On the way home we have to stop in the Nashville area to pick up a 73 400 engine with 727 trans that i won/bought on ebay for $99.  I dont know what i am going to do with it, but the price was right and the idea of building a stroker motor interests me. Hoping to find some mopar goodies in the morning. I brought my laptop (wireless card works great!) but forgot the digital cam. I suppose i can take some pics with my camera phone but am not sure how to load them on my home computer.
Goldfinger..... son is getting a Ford Ranger as his 1st vehicle. He still wants a El Camino though.
Nacho.... sorry but YR1 isn`t on our current path. I haven`t forgotten you, I promise.
