What is the best way to install door window and vent frame?

I've read in the Project Charger book that the best way to install vent frame/door window is to install them together. But, I may not have a helper and may have to install them myself. Is there another way of installing them, especially individually? I already have the window channel and regulator installed.

Also, should I install the window fuzzies into the door before or after the window/vent frame installation? Thanks.

I would install the fuzzies before putting in the glass.  I have put in vent and door glass separately in the past and to be honest, it never occured to my little pinhead to put them in together.  I can't tell you which way is better but I can say that it can be done separately.
